PARTY WALL MATTERS
PARTY WALL MATTERS
Whether you’re working on a large new build commercial or residential development or you’re just a homeowner wishing to have a loft conversion or small extension added to the side of your house, there’s a good chance your project is going to impact on the boundary or boundaries of neighbouring properties – and that means it’s going to have to comply with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
Most of the time – and particularly with small-scale residential developments like extensions or projects involving only one or two dwellings – party wall matters can be resolved to the satisfaction of both sides by an experienced surveyor.
But even when the project is on an infinitely bigger scale, the issues relating to the boundary walls of your neighbours need not be a major headache.
At Rosecroft Consultants, we’ve got years of experience dealing party wall matters, from the very simple house extension to big-scale residential, commercial and mixed development projects which might be slightly more intricate due to a number of neighbouring properties being affected.
With our depth of experience in party wall matters, we have worked on behalf of scores of building owners as well as adjoining owners to ensure each project adheres to the Act and runs as smoothly as possible.
In working with us you’ll have the peace of mind of knowing our years of experience mean we’ll be working hard to do our bit to help your building project go according to plan.
