Whether you intend to purchase a residential or commercial property, the one thing you’re almost certain to need is a building survey to determine either the value or condition of the property – or both.
At Rosecroft Consultants we have twenty years of experience in the building sector, providing a range of surveys for a myriad of building types.
For residential sales, in particular, properties built less than fifty years, a Homebuyers Survey report would normally suffice. For properties which are older and/or in a dilapidated state, or of unusual design and extensive alterations a Building Survey (previously referred to as a structural survey) is recommended. We provide a comprehensive report detailing the structure and fabric, the main defects and likely cost implications both in the short and long term.
At Rosecroft Consultants, we make no distinction between a Homebuyer’s Survey and a Building Survey report, either in price or the detail we provide to you. The survey report you receive from us will be as thorough as possible and at the most competitive price possible.
